On Ice: The 2020 SAG Awards Jewelry Recap

Awards season continued on Sunday night…and so did the diamonds. At the 26th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards®, the jewels were non-stop! This time we saw some unique designs designed to do much more than honor the enduring glitz of Hollywood…they were there to steal the show and spark a conversation or two.

Jennifer Lopez was glowing yet again, wearing a whopping $9 million worth of Harry Winston jewels. Her nude lip and moody smoky-eye effect were accompanied by a 73.55-carat necklace, 13.77-carat drop diamond earrings, and a diamond-bracelet duet.

The Walking Dead’s Danai Gurira stood out in a rainbow-colored wreath from Bulgari. Boasting over 85 carats, the playfully glamorous piece certainly matched her edgy mohawk and coral Mugler gown to a tee.

Aussie beauty and The Handmaid’s Tale star, Yvonne Strahovski, let her Harry Kotlar pendant necklace do all the talking. With 182 carats, the $25-million design was the perfect wow-factor accoutrement for the actress’ understated, yet stunning, makeup palette and shoulder-baring number.

Catherine Zeta-Jones stole the red carpet with a modern look in head-to-toe silver. She was accompanied by two head-turning accessories, the legendary Michael Douglas (a television nominee) and a pair of diamond mesh earrings by Lorraine Schwartz.

Last, but certainly not least, was the demurely pretty—and adorably pregnant—Michelle Williams. Her vintage-esque flair was perfected with a Forevermark feather brooch crafted from 6 carats of diamonds work in her hair, a silk column gown from Louis Vuitton, and a classically painted-on red lip.
