Met Gala 2022: The Best Jewelry Looks

This year’s Met Gala was filled with eye-catching, gasp-worthy jewelry. Suffice it to say, jewelry lovers were not disappointed. Following the theme of “gilded glamour,” we saw everyone from Blake Lively to Anna Wintour dripping in dramatic diamonds, maximalist gems, and statement tiaras, with many more over-the-top red carpet moments.

Here are some of the best jewelry looks of the Met Gala 2022.

Blake Lively

Blake Lively looked sensational in her two-tone reversible Versace dress, accessorized with diamond and emerald chandelier earrings and a Statue of Liberty-style copper tiara. This is definitely one of my favorite outfits of the night.

Emily Ratajkowski

The model and author sizzled on the Met Gala red carpet in a heavily beaded vintage Versace gown that was comprised of a halter-top wrapping around the neck, and a silk skirt equipped with a statement-making train in the back. To balance the complexity of the dress, the look was accessorized with a simple pair of drop earrings. Nothing else was needed, jewelry-wise, to make the look pop.

Gigi Hadid

Gigi Hadid stole the show in a Versace floor-length puffer draped over a latex catsuit, paired with knee-high leather boots. Seductive and spectacular, the model dazzled spectators with her bold look – and proved there’s nothing she can’t pull off. The model completed the look with a red lip and a stunning ruby necklace.

Alicia Keys

Alicia Keys arrived at the Met Gala sporting a Ralph Lauren silver jeweled gown complete with a black cape and accessorized with a pair of emerald and silver teardrop earrings, and a long braid weaved through jeweled geometric discs. She certainly had the wow factor last night.

Michelle Yeoh

Michelle Yeoh wowed in a pared-back Atelier Prabal Gurung gown accessorized with a huge diamond necklace and elegant white watch. Clearly, I wasn’t the only one mesmerized by her look, with fans gushing on social media over her jaw-dropping ensemble. Personally, I love the blend of dramatic with classic. The outfit and accessories were perfect together!

Anna Wintour

The Vogue editor-in-chief channeled royalty at this year’s Met Gala. Donning a sheer, beaded gown complemented with an ornate jeweled necklace and dazzling tiara, Anna Wintour looked every inch the style icon that she consistently is while gracing the red carpet. She also surprised spectators by arriving at the event without her signature sunglasses.
