Oscars 2022 Jewelry: Stars that Shimmered on the Red Carpet

Hollywood’s finest dazzled at the 94th Academy Awards on Sunday evening. Jewelry houses like Bulgari, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co. frosted everyone from Jessica Chastain to Lady Gaga and a host of other stars. There was certainly no shortage of sparkle at Sunday’s big event.

Here’s a closer look at all of the stunning jewelry moments at this year’s Oscars – and how to replicate the look at home.

Beyoncé

The singer dropped jaws performing King Richard’s song “Be Alive” in a feathered lime green gown where she debuted a huge bejeweled garter. While the performance was recorded, Queen Bey was also at the Academy Awards in person in which she stunned in a bright yellow Valentino haute couture gown accessorized with the most dramatic pair of glitzy chandelier earrings. And you can easily recreate Beyoncé’s performance look by wrapping a luxe diamond choker or fitted necklace around your thigh.

Zoë Kravitz

Pretty in pink, the actress wowed in a 36-carat oval diamond necklace and 3-carat diamond studs by Kwiat. Elegant, girly, and glamorous all at the same time, Kravitz donned just the right amount of glitz to keep things simple yet stunning.

Mila Kunis

All eyes were on the Oscars presenter’s leaf drop diamond earrings and giant Messika Desert Bloom Ring. Her sparklers accessorized her one-shoulder pink gown perfectly. A necklace wouldn’t have worked with this dress since the shoulder strap spans across the chest, leaving little space or need for accessories. The actress looked sensational.

Lady Gaga

The singer is known for her statement-making outfit choices, and her jewelry rarely fails to amaze either. In typical Gaga style, she appeared at the Elton John’s AIDS Foundation’s 30th annual Academy Awards viewing party oozing old Hollywood glamour in a strapless light-yellow gown enhanced by a dazzling collection of Tiffany & Co.

Later in the evening, the singer changed into a shiny black tux with Tiffany & Co. jewels to present Best Picture with Liza Minnelli.

Tracee Ellis Ross

The actress accented her red-hot strapless Carolina Herrera gown with a NIWAKA diamond and pearl choker. She deserved an award just for jewelry alone.

Apart from a pair of small studs, Ross is wearing no other jewelry. Her hands and wrists are bare, letting the sparkling choker take all of the credit.
